Return, Replacement & Claims Policy
At Studio Lino, all fabrics are custom printed and manufactured exclusively against confirmed customer orders. As each order is made to specification, all sales are considered final once production has commenced.
Returns & Exchanges
Studio Lino does not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed fabrics.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
-
Customer preference
-
Over-ordering or under-ordering

Colour variation within accepted textile industry tolerances

Variations in fabric texture, hand feel, width, GSM, shrinkage, or other characteristics within standard manufacturing tolerances

Minor variations in print placement, scale, registration, or appearance inherent to the textile printing process
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, specifications, fabric selections, and order details prior to production.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered only before production has commenced and are subject to Studio Lino's approval.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as the goods are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery and before cutting, washing, sewing, finishing, or any further processing.
Any cutting, processing, or conversion of the fabric into finished products shall constitute acceptance of the goods and waive the right to submit any claim relating to the fabric.
Manufacturing Defect Claims
Claims will only be considered for material manufacturing defects that significantly affect the usability of the fabric.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery to info@studiolino.in and must include:

Order reference
-
Batch or roll details (where applicable)

Clear photographs of the alleged defect

Approximate quantity of affected material
Studio Lino reserves the right to inspect the material, request samples, or conduct an independent assessment before determining the validity of any claim.
Resolution
Where a claim is accepted, Studio Lino may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the affected fabric;

Issue a credit note; or
-
Refund the invoice value of the verified defective material.
Studio Lino's total liability shall be limited solely to the invoice value of the affected fabric. Under no circumstances shall Studio Lino be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses, including but not limited to garment manufacturing costs, embellishment or processing costs, freight, labour, production delays, lost profits, or third-party claims.
Acceptance
By placing an order with Studio Lino, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Return, Replacement & Claims Policy.
